I've been building software products since 2001, from first engineering hire under founding CTO at GLG through co-founding two acquired startups. Recent work is AI-native SaaS: multi-model orchestration, agentic workflows, and complete products shipped from concept to production. The through-line: I build directly with the people using the product — from teams inside Fortune 500 companies to small field-service operators.

AI-Native SaaS Products · 2024 – Present

ReadyServicePro — AI-native field-service automation platform for home-service companies, managing and automating the full job lifecycle, first contact to paid invoice; in production with a pilot customer, a mid-tier electrical contractor in Massachusetts.

  • AI-enabled lead capture via voice agents and image analysis, through job lifecycle automation, scheduling, an offline-capable technician field app, and integrated payments.
  • Multi-tenant payment rails allowing operators to bill their own customers; QuickBooks Online and Google Workspace integrations.
  • Embedded AI assistant with the same tools as the office manager — task-routed models (Anthropic, Google, OpenAI) with multi-step tool calling; LLM observability via Langfuse and OpenTelemetry.
  • Stack: React 19, Next.js 14–16, TypeScript, Postgres, Drizzle ORM, Stripe, Vercel.

  • Brought in to work with a new department creating novel digital credit products and an enterprise-wide SaaS platform.
  • End-to-end discovery, prototyping, and product definition in a large regulated enterprise.

Private Screening Platform · c. 2011 – 2013

  • Built a secure video screening platform used by 6,000+ Academy members for Oscar voting and 100,000+ SAG members for SAG Awards voting, plus studio screenings at major festivals including Sundance and Cannes.
  • Wound down to focus on Docurated full-time.

  • Partnered directly with Fortune 500 clients (Netflix, J.P. Morgan, IBM) on custom implementations and white-labeled workflows.
